SHIPPING, CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING:

OHDAMP.COM (“Website”), owned and operated by M/s ASHTIRXX, offers shipping services across PAN India. We usually dispatch the order within 2 to 3 working days after receiving the order. You would also receive the tracking details by message or email. Customers usually receive the products within 3 to 7 working days, once they are shipped. This delivery period may be longer in remote locations within India. Delivery of products is not attempted on Sundays or gazetted holidays.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We hope that your order never needs to be cancelled or returned. However, if you do need to cancel or return an order, we are here to help. We have outlined our cancellation and return policy below to help you through the process.

Here is a more detailed explanation of the cancellation and return policy:

  • Orders that have not been shipped yet: You may cancel your order within two (2) hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. If you do cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days if the order payment is a prepaid.

  • Orders that have been shipped: Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation shall not be available as a matter of right, except as expressly required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable rules thereunder. In accordance with Indian consumer law, refunds or replacements shall be provided only in cases of deficiency in service or defect in goods, including but not limited to: products that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery; or delivery of products that are materially different from what was ordered. Such issues must be reported to M/s ASHTRIXX within the stipulated time communicated on the Website, along with reasonable proof (including photographs/videos, where required), to enable verification. No cancellation, return, or refund shall be permitted for: change of mind or personal preference; delays attributable to logistics partners, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control; incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer; refusal to accept delivery after dispatch; or non-availability of the customer at the time of delivery. Where a return, replacement, or refund is approved in compliance with applicable consumer laws, the same shall be processed only after due verification and, where applicable, receipt of the returned product. Refunds shall be issued within the timelines prescribed under applicable law. Nothing contained herein shall limit or exclude any rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; however, M/s ASHTRIXX shall not be liable beyond what is expressly mandated under applicable law.

  • Wrong products received: If you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, you can immediately contact the M/s ASHTRIXX support team to ship the correct items to you. Please email us at [support@ohdamp.com] with the order ID and a brief description of the issue along with the pictures and videos. We will respond within 48 hours and attempt to arrange a convenient pickup of the incorrect items. If pickup is not possible, we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution. A refund will be processed once the item has been returned or picked up.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed as follows:

  • If you paid with cash, you will receive a refund in the form of either coupon codes or you will have to share the bank account details to our support team in order to process the refund.

  • If you paid with a credit/debit card, you will receive a refund to the same account from which you made the payment.

Here are some items that are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse 

  • Damage that occurs due to malfunctioning of products

  • Consumable items that have been used or installed.

  • Items with tampered or missing serial numbers.

  • Items that are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Items that are returned without all original packaging and accessories.

RETURNS AND REFUND:

 (a) In the event, the order is undelivered by the delivery agent due to no fault of the Customer/User, or the order is lost in transit, the full amount will be refunded to the User’s bank account, in case of online payment.

(b) In the event of a wrong or damaged product has been delivered, the Customer will have to report the same within 1 day of delivery and submit certain proof of damage or proof of wrong delivered item with a proper picture on our email ID i.e., [support@ohdamp.com]. After a valid review by our team, the user’s request for return shall be accepted and the order shall be replaced with the correct product within 4 to 6 days of submitting the proof.

(c) Kindly pack the product as originally received by you. You can stuff the bag with bubble wrap or any other material to avoid damage during transit. Please note that in case the product is damaged, altered or used, returned without the original packaging, or if the return request is initiated after 24 hours of order delivery we will not be able to process the refund.

(d) Refunds will be initiated once the return order is received and checked by our team, usually within 24 – 48 hours of receiving the return.

DELIVERY DELAYS:

We strive to ensure that all orders are delivered within the estimated timelines by partnering with reputable and reliable logistics service providers. However, delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. On certain occasions, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, transport disruptions, operational issues at the logistics provider’s end, strikes, lockdowns, governmental restrictions, or unforeseen events affecting the supply chain. In the event of any such delay, we shall make reasonable efforts to inform you through available communication channels and coordinate with the logistics partner to ensure that your order is delivered at the earliest possible opportunity. Such delays shall not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim any compensation, damages, or refunds, unless expressly provided under applicable law or our policies.

REFUND ACCOUNT:

 (a) The refund will be processed to the original source of payment. It usually takes 3 – 6 working days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on the bank.

(b) In case you received a freebie with your product, the same needs to be returned in case you wish to return the order.

(c) In case you have received a replacement, the same is not eligible for return/ replacement again. In case you have ordered multiple products as a part of your order, please raise a return request for all the products you wish to return at once. We will not be able to process multiple return requests for the same order.
