Order Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 1–3 working days.

Delivery usually takes 7–10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

You’ll receive email and WhatsApp updates with your order and tracking details once it’s shipped.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • A nominal charge may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

We offer safe and convenient payment methods through Razorpay, including:

  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay)
  • Wallets & Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Returns & Replacements

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted once a product is delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ohdamp.com with your order number and,

a)A continuous, unedited unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the outermost package is opened.

b)The video must clearly show the shipping label, the entire unboxing process, and the damage or error.

c) The video must be uncut, unpaused, and unedited Shared with us on the same day of delivery Include clear photos of the product and packaging

Send the video and images via email, and mention your order number.

 Requests without a proper unboxing video will be rejected. Edited, paused, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.

Our team will review your request and offer a suitable resolution.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund.

After the order is processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Delivery Delays

We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, logistics network delays, or strikes).

If that happens, we’ll notify you and make sure your order reaches you at the earliest possible.
